SAEDNEWS: Kazem Gharibabadi, Iran’s Deputy for Legal and International Affairs, held a phone call with China’s Vice Foreign Minister Ma Zhaoxu to discuss the upcoming Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit, nuclear developments, and coordinated positions with China and Russia.
According to Saed News, quoting Tabnak, Kazem Gharibabadi, Iran’s Deputy for Legal and International Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, wrote on his X account that today he held a phone conversation with Mr. Ma Zhaoxu, Vice Minister and Deputy Foreign Minister of China.
During the call, they discussed the upcoming Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) leaders’ summit, the latest developments regarding the nuclear issue, ongoing negotiations, UN Security Council Resolution 2231, and the coordination of joint positions between Iran, China, and Russia on these matters.
Gharibabadi added that Mr. Ma emphasized the importance of resolving issues politically and diplomatically and reaffirmed that China would continue to play a constructive role in this regard.
