SAEDNEWS: The Commander of the IRGC Aerospace Force was martyred in the Israeli regime's attack.
According to the Political Service of Saed News, reported from Mehr News Agency, Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, the commander of the IRGC Aerospace Force, was martyred a few hours ago following an attack by the Israeli regime.
The Public Relations Office of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) issued a statement as follows:
“In the wake of the brutal and terrorist aggression carried out today, Friday, June 13, 2025 (23 Khordad 1404), by the Zionist regime targeting one of the IRGC centers in our beloved country, Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh — the brave and renowned commander of the IRGC Aerospace Force — along with a number of courageous and devoted fighters of this force, were martyred.”
This tireless and devoted commander, who dedicated his blessed life — especially during 16 years of wise, powerful, and relentless leadership of the IRGC Aerospace Force — to strengthening the deterrence capabilities of the Islamic Republic and defending the security and independence of the country, was one of the leading and influential figures of the Resistance Front. He stood as a symbol of progress, innovation, and strength in Iran's defense and missile sectors. With his jihadi spirit, honesty, remarkable intelligence, humility, and sincerity, he transformed this prestigious force into a cornerstone of national deterrence and a thorn in the eyes of the enemies.
The martyrdom of this proud commander, along with other martyred commanders and members of the Armed Forces, further revealed the terrorist nature of the Zionist regime and its fear of the field commanders of the Islamic Revolution. Without a doubt, this criminal act will not disrupt the steadfast path of the Iranian nation and the IRGC. Instead, it will only strengthen the resolve for decisive revenge and the continuation of the honorable path of those who strive in the way of God.
Emphasizing the full security and operational awareness of the powerful IRGC and other Armed Forces over the country's situation, we call upon the noble people of Iran to remain calm, ignore the psychological operations of foreign enemies and their internal agents, and — as always — accompany the IRGC in unity, vigilance, and national patience.
The Zionist regime and its regional and trans-regional supporters will certainly receive a fitting and decisive response at the right time and place. The path of the beloved Hajizadeh and his martyred companions — reminiscent of the historic and anti-Zionist operations “Truthful Promise 1 and 2” — will continue more powerfully than ever.
