SAEDNEWS: Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi emphasized the failure of the United States in its plots against the Islamic Republic, saying that it is time for Washington to try respect.
“As Iranians grieve their loved and rebuild what has been destroyed by terrorists, another threat looms: the final failure of diplomacy,” he wrote in a post on X Wednesday.
“An all-out confrontation will certainly be messy, ferocious, and drag on far, far longer than the fantasy timelines that Israel and its proxies are going to induce to the White House,” he warned, apparently pointing to the recent US threats of war.
He added that Iran’s message to US President Donald Trump is clear.
The US has tried every conceivable hostile act against Iran, from sanctions and cyber assaults to outright military attack and recently has also enflamed a big terrorist operation, Araqchi said, noting all of these hostile moves have ended in failure.
Now it is time to think otherwise: try respect, he concluded.
