According to Saed News, Ali Larijani, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, wrote on the social media platform X:
"The path to negotiation with the U.S. is not closed. The Americans only talk about negotiations but do not come to the negotiating table, and falsely claim that the Islamic Republic does not negotiate! Meanwhile, we are seeking a rational negotiation. They, by raising issues that they know cannot be realistically achieved, such as missile restrictions, present a model that practically renders the negotiation path impossible."
