SAEDNEWS: Iran’s Supreme Leader has declared that Israel’s latest military miscalculation will bring dire consequences, as images emerge showing Israeli soldiers fatigued, demoralised, and reeling from the escalating conflict.
According to Saed News, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, delivered a stern warning following Israel’s recent incursion into Iranian airspace. “The Zionist regime has made a grave error—an unforgivable mistake,” he said. “Their aggression will not go unanswered. By the grace of God, this regime will face ruin. The Iranian people will not forget the blood of their martyrs, nor will they overlook the violation of their sovereign skies.”
The Ayatollah’s remarks came amid intensifying hostilities across the region, following what Tehran has characterised as a direct and illegitimate assault by Israel on Iranian territory. In response, Iran has launched a series of targeted retaliatory strikes, which state officials describe as “strategic and proportionate.”
Accompanying this escalation are striking images now circulating on Iranian media and social platforms: Israeli troops shown slumped, weary, and visibly shaken in undisclosed locations. Tehran is seizing the moment to frame the images as visual proof of the psychological and logistical toll the conflict is exerting on the Israeli Defence Forces.
These visuals, described by Iranian outlets as “evidence of collapse in morale among Zionist soldiers,” are being widely shared, particularly in the aftermath of Iran’s high-precision missile barrage earlier this week. Military analysts aligned with the Iranian establishment argue that Israel's much-vaunted defence layers have failed to provide the deterrence they promised, resulting in strategic vulnerabilities that Iran intends to exploit.
The Supreme Leader’s statement reinforces a broader narrative being advanced by Iran: that this conflict is not merely military in scope but also ideological and existential. “The armed forces of the Islamic Republic are fully prepared,” Khamenei said, “and the leadership and people of Iran stand resolutely behind them.”
The message is clear: Tehran views the current confrontation not just as a defensive necessity, but as an opportunity to expose what it calls the “Achilles’ heel of the Zionist project.” In the view of Iran’s ruling elite, the battle is as much for the moral high ground as it is for geopolitical leverage—and the war of images is proving just as potent as that of missiles.
