SAEDNEWS: A targeted Israeli assault on northern Tehran has damaged a key electrical feeder in the Evin district, but officials deny any widespread blackout across the capital’s affluent northern zones.
According to SAEDNEWS, an Israeli missile strike in the early hours of Monday has damaged one of the primary power feeders in Tehran’s Evin district. The attack, described by Iranian officials as a “brutal aggression,” briefly disrupted electricity for several residential users relying on the affected feeder.
The strike triggered localized outages, but contrary to initial fears, there has been no widespread blackout across northern Tehran. Investigations by Iranian media, including Tasnim News Agency, confirmed that the damage was contained and limited in scope.
Despite the lingering smoke from the projectile explosion in the area, restoration efforts began swiftly. Tehran’s electrical grid technicians mobilized promptly to assess and repair the damaged infrastructure, aiming to restore normal service with minimal disruption.
