SAEDNEWS: Yogurt is a nutritious dairy product with high nutritional value. You can prepare fruit yogurt and enjoy it as a diet-friendly breakfast or snack. Fruit yogurt is available in a variety of flavors, such as banana, strawberry, peach, and more.
According to SAEDNEWS, Combining yogurt with sweet foods is ideal for many people. Southerners in Iran eat yogurt with dates, while Azerbaijanis enjoy the taste of yogurt with grape molasses. Perhaps this shared taste has made fruit yogurt, despite its Western origin, a beloved dessert for Iranians as well. If you're also a fan of fruit yogurt, you can prepare it with your favorite seasonal fruits. You can even take it a step further and make the yogurt itself right in your own kitchen.
1/3 cup full-fat yogurt
1 banana
250 grams strawberries
1 tablespoon honey
First, peel and slice the banana. Then, clean the strawberries by rinsing them several times in a bowl of water until they are completely clean. Next, chop the strawberries and place them along with the banana in a container, then freeze them for one hour until frozen.
Afterward, put the frozen fruits in a blender or food processor, add the yogurt and honey, and blend until the ingredients are well mixed and the fruits are pureed. Your fruit yogurt is now ready! Garnish it with banana slices and strawberries. Enjoy!
Milk: 2 cups
Sugar: 1/2 cup
Cream: 1/2 cup
Vanilla: 1 teaspoon
Canned or fresh fruit puree: 1 cup
Yogurt: 1/3 cup
To make fruit yogurt, first pour the milk into a suitable pot and add the sugar. Then, place the pot on the stove and heat the milk until it reaches a boiling point.
Once the milk boils, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool down until it reaches 38°C (100°F). After the milk has cooled, you can add the vanilla and cream, then stir until the vanilla is dissolved in the milk.
Peel the fruits and place them in a blender, then blend them into a puree. In a small bowl, mix the yogurt with 1/4 cup of the cooled milk. Add the yogurt and fruit puree to the milk and stir.
Cover the container and place it in a warm location for 6 to 8 hours to allow the yogurt to set properly. After the given time, put the yogurt in the refrigerator to chill, then stir it. Finally, transfer the yogurt to a serving dish and garnish with fruit slices.
500 grams of peaches
1 cup of yogurt
1 tablespoon of honey
First, peel the peaches. To do this, make a small "+" incision on the top of each peach, making sure to only cut the skin, not the flesh. Then, place the peaches in boiling water for 2 minutes, and immediately transfer them to a bowl of ice water for another 2 minutes. This will make it easy to peel off the skin and remove the pit.
Next, chop the peaches and add them to a blender or mixer along with the yogurt and honey. Turn on the device and blend until the mixture is smooth and pureed. That’s it! Your peach-flavored fruit yogurt is ready. You can garnish it with some chopped peach pieces. Enjoy!
