According to SAEDNEWS: Pichaq Qeema is one of the famous stews of Ardabil province, especially during Muharram and Ramadan. This dish, also known as Azerbaijani almond stew, is typically served with rice and is considered one of the well-known and popular dishes of Ardabil.
This dish, due to the use of almond slivers, has a beautiful texture and appearance, making it very suitable for parties and charitable gatherings. Pichaq Qeema, like Qeema stew, has an easy recipe, and if cooked with a few tricks to make it even tastier, its flavor will definitely not be forgotten.
Ingredients (for 4 servings):
400g lamb meat
4 eggs
4 medium onions
½ cup almond slivers
3 tablespoons brewed saffron
100g butter
1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses or lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
Curry powder and cardamom powder to taste
Turmeric and oil as needed

At the end, after adding the egg yolks, reduce the heat. Cover the pot so the egg yolks cook thoroughly and the stew becomes beautifully thick.
