According to SAEDNEWS, Ayanna Williams, the Guinness World Records holder for the world’s longest fingernails, had not cut her nails for nearly 30 years. She lives in Texas and is known for having the longest nails in the world, a record officially recognized by Guinness World Records. Now she is eager to begin a new chapter of her life. However, the extreme length of her nails made it difficult for her to perform everyday tasks, although she referred to them as her children and was so attached to them that she found it hard to cut them, wanting them to be part of history.
Two well-known brands even offered to buy her nails if she decided to cut them. Several dermatologists also conducted tests on her nails. When her nail length was measured in 2017 for the Guinness World Records, officials visited her home and found that her nails measured 576 centimeters. However, after the record was registered, her nails continued to grow more slowly, and at one point they were estimated to have reached about 733 centimeters in total.
