According to Saednews, Chicken soup (or local chicken broth soup) is a highly nutritious dish often used to strengthen infants or help treat colds. It can be prepared in different ways. This version includes fresh corn, making it rich in vitamins.
Boneless chicken breast or chicken leg: as needed
Fresh sweet corn: 4 ears
Lightly salted chicken broth: as needed
Bell pepper (chopped): 1
Potato (chopped): 1 cup
Red chili pepper (chopped): optional
Milk: 1 cup
Salt and black pepper: as needed

First, place the chicken and fresh corn in a pot with water and cook them over moderate heat until fully done.
Next, remove the cooked chicken and corn from the pot, shred the chicken into small pieces, and set them aside. Add chopped bell pepper to the chicken broth in the pot.
Peel and wash the potatoes, cut them into small cubes, and mix them with one cup of milk. Then add this mixture into the broth and stir well.
Using milk is optional. If the person is suffering from a fever, it is better to omit the milk.
Return the shredded chicken to the pot.
Remove the cooked corn kernels from the cob and add them to the soup mixture.
Add salt and black pepper (the main seasonings of this soup) and let it simmer until it becomes well-blended and slightly thick.
When the soup is fully cooked and has a rich texture, it is ready to serve.
For decoration, you may use pieces of red chili pepper and bell pepper.
