The version we present in this cooking lesson is a simple broccoli soup that does not require chicken.

Ingredient | Amount |

Butter | 80 g |
Onion | 3 pcs |
Water | 2 liters |
White flour | 1/2 cup |
Broccoli | 1 kg |
Thyme | 1 teaspoon |
Fresh lemon juice | 1 teaspoon |
Milk | 1 cup |
Yogurt | 3/4 cup |

First, choose a suitable pot and melt the butter in it. Then sauté the chopped onions in the butter until they become soft.
Once the onions are softened, add the flour and stir well until the raw smell of the flour disappears.
Wash and chop the broccoli, then gradually add it to the pot along with water, thyme, and lemon juice. Stir and let the mixture simmer for about 15 minutes.
At this stage of cooking the broccoli soup, remove the pot from the heat and transfer the contents into a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth.
Return the blended mixture to the pot, then add the milk and yogurt. Place it back on low heat and warm the soup gently.
Serve the broccoli soup in your desired dish.
