According to Saednews Light Chicken Potato Salad (Diet Olivier Salad),
1/2 boiled chicken breast
1 boiled egg
1 medium boiled potato
200 g pickles
4 tablespoons canned green peas
1 medium carrot
2–3 tablespoons low-fat strained yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste

First, partially boil the carrot, then peel it and cut it into small cubes. Grate the boiled potato and egg.
Shred the chicken breast into small pieces. Coarsely grate the pickles.
Mix all the prepared ingredients together with the green peas until well combined.
Finally, add the olive oil, salt, black pepper, and low-fat yogurt. Mix thoroughly until the salad is smooth and evenly blended.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with tomato, olives, corn, or any preferred toppings.
Preparation time: approximately 30 minutes
