SAEDNEWS: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said talks between Iran and Oman over the Strait of Hormuz are in the final stage and nearing completion.
According to Saednews, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi informed the cabinet that negotiations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Sultanate of Oman regarding arrangements connected to the Strait of Hormuz have reached their final phase.
During the opening of today's cabinet meeting, Araghchi provided an update on the latest progress, noting that discussions have advanced significantly and are moving toward completion. He said both sides are working through the remaining details as the talks approach finalization.
The foreign minister added that consultations are continuing within the established framework covering issues related to the strategically important waterway. According to Araghchi, the negotiation process is now in its concluding stages, with both countries continuing efforts to reach a final agreement.
