SAEDNEWS: Trump: US Could Again Strike Iran’s Nuclear Facilities Despite Repeated Claims of Their Destruction
According to a report from SaedNews political service, former U.S. President Donald Trump said in an interview with Fox News that the United States could carry out further strikes on Iran’s nuclear sites.
Citing Fars News Agency, Trump stated that if Tehran attempts to gain access to enriched uranium stored at sites that were previously bombed, Washington could repeat attacks on Iran’s nuclear facilities.
The U.S. president also claimed, following a 12-day conflict and an operation referred to as “Midnight Hammer,” that Iran’s nuclear facilities had been destroyed—an objective he said had been pursued for twenty years. However, these claims were reportedly denied by U.S. intelligence agencies.
Trump further alleged: “If they send forces there... all we will do is hit it with a few bombs.” He also stated that the United States monitors the targeted facilities around the clock.
