SAEDNEWS: US Shares Its Views on Iran’s Proposal, Iran Expected to Respond: Report
According to SaedNews’ political desk, Fars News reported that Reuters, citing a Pakistani source, said the United States has shared its “views” on Iran’s proposal, and Iran is expected to respond. The informed source added that Iranian officials are set to review the proposals by the end of the week.
Two months after the start of US and Israeli military aggression against Iran, ceasefire negotiations have still not produced results. Iranian officials have described Washington’s “excessive demands” during the talks as the reason for the breakdown in negotiations.
Previously, US media reported on a proposal involving the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz in exchange for lifting a US naval blockade and postponing nuclear negotiations. However, the plan has reportedly been rejected by US officials so far.
