SAEDNEWS: Commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps During the Iran–Iraq War: Future Negotiations Conditional on Iran’s Terms and Resistance
According to the political desk of the Saednews news agency, Major General Mohsen Rezaei, former commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps during the Sacred Defense period and a member of the Expediency Discernment Council, commented on the Lebanon ceasefire set to begin tomorrow morning:
He wrote that the resistance of Hezbollah fighters and multi-dimensional pressure from Iran (including the Strait of Hormuz leverage and suspension of negotiations) have led to the imposition of a ceasefire on the “Zionist-American enemy” in Lebanon. He added that both the Lebanese government and Donald Trump are attempting to present this ceasefire as their own initiative.
He further stated that any future negotiations will be contingent upon Iran’s conditions and those of the resistance.
