The Army Stands Firm to Defend Iran’s Territorial Integrity to the Last Breath: Army Statement on November 4

Report by the Political Service of Saed News Agency, quoting the Public Relations of the Army:

The statement reads as follows:

"And when those who disbelieve plot against you to imprison you, kill you, or evict you, they plot, and Allah too plots; and Allah is the best of planners."

The 13th of Aban (November 4) marks one of the pivotal and proud moments in contemporary political history: the day when revolutionary and courageous students following the path of the Imam seized the U.S. espionage nest, an event that, according to Imam Khomeini, constituted “a revolution greater than the first revolution.”

This historic event, while exposing the malicious nature of global arrogance and the extensive hostile interventions in our country’s internal affairs, also became a turning point in Iran’s contemporary political history and reinforced the nation’s political independence and dignity.

The takeover of the U.S. embassy symbolizes revolutionary insight, the bravery of devoted youth, and the manifestation of national will against the hegemonic ambitions of world powers. It paved the way for the honor, authority, and independence of Islamic Iran. Pursuit of independence, dignity, and resistance to global arrogance are undeniable characteristics of the Iranian nation—initiated under the wise guidance of Imam Khomeini and continuing under the sagacious leadership of Grand Ayatollah Imam Khamenei, enduring throughout history.

The 13th of Aban serves as a luminous reminder that the Iranian nation, relying on faith, insight, and divine leadership, will never allow its independence, honor, or national dignity to be compromised. By maintaining unity, vigilance, and comprehensive readiness, the nation stands firm against enemy plots and proudly upholds the banner of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Today, in the light of this invaluable legacy, the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, relying on Almighty God and under the wise directives of the Supreme Commander, stand at the forefront of defending the lofty ideals of the Islamic Revolution with unparalleled cohesion and a spirit of devotion.

The Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, while congratulating the nation on the Day of Aban 13, reaffirms its steadfast commitment to safeguarding Iran’s territorial integrity, national security, and the sacred system of the Islamic Republic, pledging to stand firm to the last breath and assuring the honorable people of Iran of its readiness and resilience against all threats.
