If you are seeking an effective prayer for sustenance, fulfillment of needs, and home ownership, the prayer of wealth attributed to Prophet Solomon may guide you.
In the following section, we present the full text of Prophet Solomon’s prayer for wealth, livelihood, and various needs.
The spiritual benefits and effects of this prayer are described as follows:
Increase in wealth
Ease in difficulties and affairs
Fulfillment of needs
Becoming a homeowner, etc.
It is narrated that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said this prayer is highly effective for seeking lawful provision and prosperity. It is recommended to recite the following prayer, known as the “Prayer of Wealth of Solomon” or the prayer for becoming wealthy for seven generations, three times every morning and evening:
“O Allah, O Allah, O Allah; O Lord, O Lord, O Lord; O Living, O Sustainer;
O Lord of Majesty and Honor,
I ask You by Your Greatest Name
to grant me abundant, lawful, and pure sustenance,
by Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful.”
If you seek the fulfillment of needs and lawful provision, it is recommended to recite the following phrase 20 or 40 times every Friday with the intention of increasing wealth and sustenance:
“That to Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth, and indeed Allah—He is the Free of need, the Praiseworthy.”
It is said that this may bring results by the following week.
To remove poverty and open the doors of sustenance, repeat the following supplication 110 times:
“O Allah, enrich me with what You have made lawful over what You have forbidden, and by Your grace, make me independent of all others.”
Continuous recitation of this remembrance is believed to keep poverty away.
A verse attributed to Prophet Solomon for home ownership is found in the Quran. If you wish to become a homeowner, after each prayer recite the following verse from Surah Al-Mu’minun (23:29) 25 times:
“My Lord, let me land at a blessed landing place, and You are the best of all who bring to land.”
Prophet Solomon (peace be upon him) made a prayer mentioned in the Quran through which God granted him a unique kingdom. This prayer is found in Surah Sad (38:35):
“My Lord, forgive me and grant me a kingdom that will not belong to anyone after me. Indeed, You are the Bestower.”
There are various narrations regarding the inscription on the ring of Prophet Solomon (peace be upon him).
According to Ibn Asakir, it bore the phrase:
“There is no god but Allah alone, without partner; Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.”
According to Imam Reza (peace be upon him), it is said to have contained a sacred phrase meaning:
“Glory be to God who subdued the jinn with His words.”
A related supplication attributed to the ring is:
“O Allah, by Your light I am guided, by Your grace I am enriched, and by Your blessings I begin my morning and evening. My sins are before You; I seek Your forgiveness and repent to You.”
Despite his immense kingdom and countless blessings, Prophet Solomon (peace be upon him) was always grateful to God. He would say:
“My Lord, inspire me to be grateful for Your blessings which You have bestowed upon me and my parents, and to do righteous deeds that please You, and admit me by Your mercy among Your righteous servants.” (Quran 27:19)
