She rose to fame after participating in Mnet’s reality competition show Produce 48 in 2018, where she placed third, leading to her debut with IZONE on October 29, 2018.
Following the group's disbandment in April 2021, she launched her solo career with the release of her single album Glassy in October 2021, which earned her multiple nominations for Rookie of the Year at various music award ceremonies.
