Ingredients for Carrot, Pineapple, and Mango Smoothie:
1 cup crushed ice
9–10 carrots
1/2 cup pineapple
4–5 mangoes
1 teaspoon cumin (optional)
Instructions: First, wash the carrots, pineapple, and mangoes. Peel the carrots and chop them into small pieces. Peel and dice the pineapple as well. Scoop out the mango flesh and cut it into chunks.
Start by placing the chopped carrots into a blender (alternatively, you can juice the carrots and use the juice instead). Then add the pineapple and mango chunks to the blender, along with the crushed ice. Blend everything until smooth. Adding ground cumin is optional — if desired, add it at this stage.
Your refreshing and tasty carrot smoothie blend is ready! Pour it into a glass and garnish with neatly chopped pineapple pieces to your liking.
