Balsamic vinegar

3 tbsp

Olive oil

4 tbsp

Instructions

Step 1:
Wash the baby spinach thoroughly under cold water, repeating a few times until completely clean. After draining, place the spinach in a suitable bowl for mixing the salad.

Step 2:
Place the walnuts in a bowl, add a little water to soften them, then chop them with a knife and add to the salad bowl. You can adjust the walnut size according to your preference.

Step 3:
Remove the seeds from the pomegranate and add them to the salad. Mix gently.

Step 4:
In a separate bowl, prepare the salad dressing. Start by placing the pomegranate paste in the bowl and stirring until smooth.

Step 5:
Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar to the paste and mix well.

Step 6:
Season the dressing with salt and pepper, and stir again. You can also add other spices, such as garlic powder, if you like. The dressing is ready and can be served separately or poured over the salad.

Step 7:
Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and sprinkle over the salad.
