SAEDNEWS: First Mass Delivery of Humanoid Robots Begins with UBTech’s Walker S2
According to Saed News Technology Service, orders for UBTECH’s humanoid robots have surpassed 800 million yuan, as major automakers and tech companies deploy them for nonstop industrial tasks.
Shenzhen, China, has reached a major robotics milestone, with UBTECH Robotics confirming that hundreds of its Walker S2 humanoid robots have been sent to active industrial facilities.
The company said production ramped up in mid-November 2025, and the first batch of humanoid robots has reached partners needing additional labor on their assembly lines.
UBTECH describes this as its first large-scale delivery of humanoid robots.
High Demand and Major Orders in China
UBTECH has attracted attention from various groups seeking to automate tasks that traditionally require workers standing all day. This year, the company has received 800 million yuan in orders, equivalent to approximately $113 million.
