SAEDNEWS: EU foreign policy chief says that the bloc has already spent over 187 billion euros to support Ukraine.
The European Union has already allocated more than €187 billion to support Ukraine, EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said during a press conference following a meeting of EU defense ministers.
“Europe has already provided over €187 billion for Ukraine—more than anyone else,” Kallas told reporters, according to TASS.
She urged an increase in funding for Ukraine, noting that it would strengthen the country on the battlefield. “The stronger Ukraine is on the battlefield, the stronger they are at the negotiation table,” she added.
