IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi held a meeting on Wednesday evening with U.S. Energy Secretary Chris Wright in Washington.
According to Saed News, Grossi wrote on his X (formerly Twitter) account after the meeting: “I discussed developments in Iran and Ukraine with U.S. Energy Secretary Chris Wright. The United States has taken bold steps in the field of peaceful nuclear energy and its integration with artificial intelligence technology, and the IAEA will continue its cooperation with the U.S. in this area and other sectors.”
The Director General also expressed appreciation for the “key support” provided by the United States for the agency’s activities
