SAEDNEWS: The United Nations announced that 1,373 Palestinians were killed by the Israeli regime while they were waiting in breadline.
The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights has announced that since May 27, 1,373 Palestinian people have been killed by the Israeli forces in the Gaza Strip while waiting for food.
According to the Palestinian media, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights stressed that 859 of these victims were killed at food distribution centers, while 514 others were killed along aid convoy routes.
The report added that 105 Palestinians were killed and more than 680 others were injured along aid convoy routes in northern Gaza and south of Khan Younis, as well as at relief centers on July 30-31.
Meanwhile, the Israeli military claimed it had suspended military operations for several hours to allow humanitarian aid deliveries.
According to the report, most of the victims were children and teenagers, who posed no threat to Israeli forces.
In a separate statement, Gaza’s Civil Defense announced that 18 Palestinian citizens had been killed since Saturday morning with the bodies of 13 of them recovered from under the rubble in eastern Gaza.
A Palestinian medical source reported that at least one person was killed in an attack on the western side of Al-Zawaida settlement in the central Gaza Strip.
Additionally, the Israeli military demolished residential buildings near the Al-Amal neighborhood in the northern part of Khan Younis, located in the southern Gaza Strip.
