Saednews: While Hebrew media reported that air raid sirens sounded in northern occupied Palestine due to fear of a drone incursion, explosions were heard in Tel Aviv and Haifa as a result of a new Iranian missile barrage.
According to Saednews, the occupying army announced early Saturday that it detected and identified a new barrage of missiles launched from Iran, indicating that the regime’s defense systems were activated to intercept the missiles.
Air raid sirens sounded over wide areas, especially in Tel Aviv.
Channel 12 reported that approximately five missiles were launched in the latest barrage, while loud explosions were heard in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, and the coastal areas.
The Israeli army radio claimed that the Iron Dome system intercepted five missiles, while Yedioth Ahronoth reported that Iran’s barrage targeted the greater central Tel Aviv area, and shrapnel from an intercepted missile caused a fire in a three-story building in Holon.
The army radio noted that firefighters and ambulances were quickly dispatched to the scene.
In this regard, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran stated in its statement that the eighteenth wave of the “True Promise 3” operation was carried out in the center of occupied Palestine and Ben Gurion Airport against military targets and operational support centers of the Zionist regime’s army. This operation involved a large volume of suicide and combat drones (Shahed 136) and precision-guided solid and liquid-fuel missiles, successfully destroying the predetermined targets with the help of God.
