Saed News: The special governor of Varamin announced that the Army’s air defense targeted and destroyed a hostile F-35 fighter jet belonging to the Zionist regime in the Javadabad area of Varamin County.
According to Saed News, quoting IRNA, on Wednesday, the special governor of Varamin, Hossein Abbasi, announced the destruction and crash of an F-35 fighter jet belonging to the Zionist regime in the vicinity of Varamin.
He added that security and military teams are currently investigating the details, and more information will be released soon.
The official also urged citizens to report any suspicious objects to law enforcement authorities.
In the early hours of Friday, June 13 (Khordad 23), following a terrorist attack by the Zionist regime on Tehran and several other cities in Iran, a number of military commanders, scientists, and civilians were martyred.
In response to this crime, the Supreme Leader, in a televised message on Friday night, emphasized: "The Armed Forces will bring misery to the vile Zionist regime, and God willing, will act decisively to make life bitter for them without showing any leniency."
In retaliation for the brutal assault by the Zionist regime, the Islamic Republic of Iran launched Operation True Promise 3 (on Friday night) by firing dozens of missiles toward the occupied territories.
Subsequent stages of this operation continued on Saturday, with field reports, satellite imagery, and intercepted intelligence confirming the successful strike of dozens of missiles on strategic targets in the occupied lands.
On Sunday afternoon, June 15, the Zionist regime escalated its attacks, targeting several areas in Tehran, including Hemmat Highway, Valiasr Square, Niavaran, and Sohrevardi Street.
In a rare and unprecedented operation, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) launched a missile strike early Monday morning on Tel Aviv and Haifa. Targets included Tel Aviv’s power plant, Haifa’s oil refinery, the Weizmann military research building, and the Rafael military industries building—considered legitimate military objectives in this phase of Operation True Promise 3.
Later that day, in yet another breach of international norms, the occupying regime targeted a building of Iran's state broadcaster (IRIB). In response, the IRGC issued a statement condemning the attack as a clear act of barbarism and a sign of the enemy's frustration with the "power of narrative" held by the front of truth. The IRGC praised the resilience of revolutionary media personnel and emphasized the importance of synergy between field operations and media efforts in confronting the Zionist enemy. It also reaffirmed its full support for journalists, documentarians, and media warriors committed to exposing the crimes of the illegitimate regime and its evil backers.
Missile strikes by the IRGC resumed early Tuesday and continued into the morning. Although the Zionist regime imposed strict censorship regarding the extent of damage and casualties from the Iranian attacks—and even interrupted live broadcasts from outlets like CNN and Al Jazeera in Haifa and Tel Aviv—regime-linked sources reported that Mossad’s operations command center was struck in the latest wave of missile strikes.
On Tuesday, Iran’s brave IRGC forces also targeted the Zionist regime’s military intelligence center, known as Aman, and the Mossad center responsible for designing assassinations and sabotage operations in Tel Aviv.
Varamin County, with a population of 300,000, is located 35 kilometers southeast of Tehran.
