SaedNews: The UAE Foreign Minister urged the United Nations and the Security Council to take action to stop the escalation of tensions in the region.
According to SaedNews, Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE Foreign Minister, said on Tuesday: We call on the United Nations and the Security Council to fully fulfill their responsibility to prevent the escalation of tensions and to take immediate and necessary actions to ensure a ceasefire and establish peace and international security.
According to Russia Today, the UAE Foreign Minister warned about the danger of reckless actions and said: Urgent measures must be taken to achieve an immediate ceasefire before the situation spirals out of control.
Abdullah bin Zayed stated: At this sensitive and dangerous regional stage, which is considered the heart of the world and has been exhausted by continuous conflicts and cannot tolerate further tensions and clashes, more than ever it requires wisdom and prudence.
