Following the brutal, terrorist aggression carried out by the Zionist regime today, Friday, June 13, 2025 (23 Khordad 1404), in an attack on one of the IRGC’s centers within our beloved homeland, Major General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, the valiant and renowned Commander of the IRGC Aerospace Force, along with a number of brave and devoted fighters of this force, attained the lofty status of martyrdom.
This tireless and devoted commander, who dedicated his blessed life—especially during his 16 years of wise, determined, and revolutionary leadership of the Aerospace Force—to strengthening the deterrence power of the Islamic Republic and safeguarding the nation’s security and independence, was a distinguished and influential figure in the Resistance Front. He stood as a symbol of progress, innovation, and strength in Iran’s defense and missile capabilities. With a spirit of jihad, honesty, exceptional intellect, humility, and sincerity, he transformed the IRGC Aerospace Force into one of the pillars of national deterrence and a thorn in the enemy’s eye.
The martyrdom of this honorable commander, along with other martyred commanders and faithful companions of the Armed Forces, further exposes the terrorist nature of the Zionist regime and its fear of the field commanders of the Islamic Revolution. Without a doubt, this criminal act will not weaken the steadfast path of the Iranian nation and the IRGC. Rather, it will strengthen the resolve for severe revenge and the continued pursuit of the honorable path of the warriors of God.
Emphasizing the complete security and operational oversight of the powerful and popular IRGC and other Armed Forces over the internal situation, we call on the noble people of Iran to maintain calm, ignore the psychological warfare of foreign enemies and their domestic agents, and continue, as always, to stand united, vigilant, and patient alongside the IRGC.
Certainly, the Zionist regime and its regional and extra-regional supporters will receive a firm and fitting response at the appropriate time and place. The path of our dear Hajizadeh and his martyred companions—whose legacy will forever recall the historic and anti-Zionist operations of "True Promise 1 and 2"—will continue with even greater strength.
