According to the Society section of Saed News, quoting Rooziato, Serena Smith, a 23-year-old woman from Beverly Hills, California, has so far spent $7,500 on breast surgery, $11,000 on rhinoplasty, and $15,000 on filler injections. She recently underwent a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), which cost her $15,000. Smith says she wants to resemble the glamorous stars of Hollywood’s golden age, like Marilyn Monroe and Jayne Mansfield.

She had her first cosmetic surgery in 2016 at the age of 18, which was a nose job that cost her more than $7,500.

Later, she had another rhinoplasty to achieve what she calls a “mesmerizing Hollywood nose,” which cost $11,500. She regularly undergoes beauty procedures like Botox and filler injections. Despite spending nearly $50,000 on cosmetic surgery, she has no intention of stopping and is already preparing for her next breast augmentation.

She says:
“I can’t wait for my next surgery. My breasts are going to be even bigger.”
“I want to increase the size of each implant from 500cc to 1500cc. But before that, I had to get the butt lift to keep my body proportions balanced and symmetrical.”
“I didn’t want to look like an upside-down triangle. In my opinion, balance is the most important thing for a truly attractive appearance.”

Smith says that after her recent BBL, it felt like she had been hit by a car, but she doesn't regret doing it.

She explains:
“The recovery period was really tough. Out of all the surgeries I’ve had, this one was definitely the hardest.”
“For two months, I had to wear a tight compression garment for 23 hours a day, which was very uncomfortable.”
“The hardest part was the first two weeks. My whole body ached, I was covered in bruises, and I was very swollen.”
“I had a drainage tube inside me for two weeks to collect all the blood and fluids, and it wasn’t a pretty sight.”

“It was really hard to get comfortable because my whole body hurt. For a few months, I couldn’t put any pressure on my butt.”
“I had to sleep on my stomach for two months, and when I rode in my friends’ cars, I would lie down in the back seat on my stomach.”
“I couldn’t sit in a restaurant chair for about a month and had to use a special cushion for sitting.”

Smith adds:
“But I’m really happy with the results. I think the work they did was amazing. This surgery completely changed my body proportions and gave me the curvy figure I was aiming for.”
“I was extremely careful and did my best to follow all of my doctor’s recovery instructions, because that has a huge impact on the success of the results.”
“Once you fully heal, the surgery process fades from memory. But at the time, it’s absolutely awful.”
“When it’s all over and you see the results, you realize it was worth all the pain for the confidence you gain.”

“Anything that helps me live a happier life and boosts my self-confidence is worth the pain for me—after all, beauty is famously painful.”
“I want my surgeries to be safe, which is why I choose the best doctors in the U.S. In other countries, people might do more procedures, but it’s not always safe.”
“You really have to be careful who you choose to operate on you, because you’re literally putting your life in their hands—especially with procedures like BBL.”

Smith says she will never stop getting cosmetic surgery.

She explains:
“As soon as one surgery is done, I want to do another. And I’m okay with that, because it makes me happy. When you start aging, you need to maintain your youth.”
“When you reach a certain age, you start doing facelifts and eye lifts to keep them from drooping.”
“Cosmetic surgery gives me a sense of power. I love that we can transform ourselves into whoever we want to be.”
“Achieving that ideal image of myself is extremely satisfying.”
“I’m happy with all the results of my cosmetic procedures. But am I still thinking about potential improvements? Absolutely.”
“I want to get more procedures in the future because I always want to keep improving myself. It’s a kind of self-investment.”
“You are your most valuable asset, and the confidence that comes from feeling beautiful really shows—it affects every part of your life.”
“For me, it’s not just about appearance, it’s about being comfortable in my own skin and doing what it takes to feel that way.”

This self-confidence also means that Smith doesn’t get upset by online criticism.

She says:
“Reactions to me on social media are mixed. Some people express hate, and others express admiration.”
“I’m thankful for those who support me, my music fans, and people who follow me because of my looks.”
“As for those who judge me and say negative things without knowing anything about me or what kind of person I am—those who like to bring others down—I feel sorry for them.”
“I don’t intend to offend anyone with my choices.”
“I want my Instagram page to spread positive energy and be a safe place for my fans and followers to connect with me.”
“You can’t please everyone in life, because not everyone wants to be happy or positive.”
“The only thing you can control is how you respond to things and how you perceive them.”
“People in the public eye, especially those who share their lives with the world, need to have thick skin and be able to withstand negative energy.”
