SAEDNEWS: Iran’s police announced the discovery of a terrorist safe house in Khash, seizing suicide vests, bomb-making materials, and weapons, as part of an intensified nationwide crackdown following the Iranshahr attack.
According to Saed News citing IRNA, Brigadier General Montazer al-Mahdi referred to new discoveries in Khash county, stating: “After identifying and eliminating eight terrorists involved in the Iranshahr terrorist incident and uncovering a workshop producing explosives and suicide vests, anti-terrorism units of Iran’s police managed in another operation to detect and dismantle a terrorist safe house in Khash.”
He added that a significant amount of bomb-making precursors, suicide vests, and military equipment were seized during this operation.
The police spokesperson underlined: “Following the order of the Commander-in-Chief of the Law Enforcement Force, extensive plans targeting criminal and terrorist elements have been put on the agenda, and these measures will continue with determination.”
