  • Mushrooms: 500 grams

  • Carrots: 2 large ones

  • Bell pepper: Half of one

  • Olive oil: Half a tablespoon

  • Onion: One small

  • Salt, pepper, turmeric: As needed

Instructions:

  1. Take a non-stick pan and grease the bottom with olive oil.

  2. Steam the carrots and set them aside.

  3. Chop the onion, mushrooms, and bell pepper, then add them to the pan.

  4. Reduce the heat and let the ingredients steam with the water from the mushrooms and the olive oil.

  5. Add the steamed carrots to the pan.
