Saed News: Below, you can see the stunning video and images of the Sadeh Commander’s House, showcasing the artistry of Qajar-era craftsmen.
According to the Saed News tourism service, the Sadeh Commander’s House, dating back to the Qajar period, is located in Khomeini Shahr, in the Ladar-e Forushan neighborhood. This complex includes several houses, a divan khaneh (reception hall), a bathhouse, and a hosseiniyeh (religious hall), attributed to Mohammad Hossein Khan Amini Sadehi.
The construction dates back to 1315–1316 AH (late 19th century) and was commissioned by the commander to host Zell-e Soltan (a Qajar prince). The building’s architecture is a clear example of Qajar-style design, adorned with intricate stucco work, wood carvings, and mirror mosaics.
The divan khaneh includes a hall, a pool house, and rooms with three-door and five-door layouts. Natural elements were utilized to provide light and warmth within the structure. Its exterior closely resembles the Eram Garden Mansion in Shiraz and is built with raw clay and bricks.
