According to Saednews, Swan Lake Yerevan, also known as Swan Lake, is located directly beside the Armenian National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet in central Yerevan. The lake is relatively small and has the appearance of an artificial pool surrounded by a city park, with several swans often seen gliding across its surface. A distinctive stone carpet beside the lake adds a unique artistic touch to the area, while a modern black stone sculpture stands nearby.
During the summer, both black and white swans can be seen on the lake. In winter, the lake is transformed into an ice-skating rink, making it a popular attraction throughout the year.
Swan Lake is situated in Freedom Square, one of the central areas of Yerevan, Armenia. It is only a short distance from the Opera and Ballet Theatre and is located at the intersection of Tumanyan Street and Terian Street.
Visitors can reach the lake from Republic Square in approximately five minutes on foot.

The lake takes its name from the two swans that traditionally live there, and visitors can often see them swimming across the water during the warmer months.
A wide pedestrian walkway surrounds the lake, making it a pleasant place for a morning walk, light exercise, photography, or simply enjoying the scenery.

One of the notable landmarks near Swan Lake is the monument dedicated to Arno Babajanyan, one of the most famous Armenian composers and pianists of the Soviet era.
The monument was created by sculptor David Bejanyan and was unveiled beside Swan Lake on July 4, 2003. The unusual and controversial sculpture depicts Babajanyan while playing the piano, giving the surrounding area an artistic and distinctive character.
The Arno Babajanyan Monument is also recognized among Armenia’s notable attractions.
