SAEDNEWS: Few people can say they have never heard of lasagna or do not enjoy its taste. Lasagna is one of the most delicious and popular dishes from the large pasta family. It is usually prepared in layered sheets, with fillings such as meat, chicken, or vegetables placed between them. This dish, like other types of pasta, has Italian origins.
According to the Saednews cooking service, we are here to present you with a method for preparing lasagna sauce.
Milk: 1 cup
Butter: 25 grams
Salt: a small amount
White flour: 1 tablespoon
First, take the butter and milk out of the refrigerator and let them reach room temperature. Sift the flour twice (it is better to use pastry flour). Then lightly toast the flour in a pan over low heat to remove its raw taste.
Next, melt the butter in a deep pan over very low heat. Add the toasted flour to the melted butter and stir well. Add salt and nutmeg and continue stirring until the mixture turns slightly golden.
Gradually add the room-temperature milk while continuously stirring to prevent lumps. Keep stirring until the sauce thickens. Once it reaches the desired consistency, remove it from heat and set it aside to cool.

Onion: 2
Garlic: 2 cloves
Lasagna sheets: 1 package
Ground beef: 400 grams
Mushrooms: 200 grams
Mozzarella cheese: 150 grams
Bell peppers: 2
Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons
Tomato sauce: 1 tablespoon
Cooking oil: as needed
Salt, black pepper, turmeric, oregano: as needed
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Chop the onions and garlic finely. Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic until soft and slightly golden. You may use olive oil for a better flavor, but keep the heat low to avoid burning it.
Add turmeric, then cook until the onions are golden. Clean and chop the mushrooms and bell peppers into small pieces.
Add ground beef and cook until its color changes. Then add tomato paste and tomato sauce, followed by mushrooms and bell peppers. Mix well and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Add half a glass of water and let it cook until well combined and flavorful.

Boil lasagna sheets in salted water until softened, then drain them.
Grease a baking dish with oil or olive oil to prevent sticking. Place two layers of lasagna sheets at the bottom of the dish, then spread béchamel sauce over them. Add the meat filling on top, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
Add another layer of lasagna sheets and repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used.
Finally, place the dish in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes. The lasagna is ready to serve when golden and fully cooked.
