All-purpose flour: 2 cups
Yeast powder: ½ tablespoon
Warm water: 1 cup
Sugar: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon

Eggplant: 2 medium
Large red onion: 1
Green bell pepper: 1
Boiled eggs: 2
Mushrooms: 5
Pizza cheese: as needed
Salt and pepper: to taste
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water and let it sit, covered, for 10 minutes until the yeast activates.
In a bowl, mix the yeast mixture with flour and salt, then stir well.
When the dough becomes stiff, knead it by hand for 5 minutes.
Grease a bowl, place the dough inside, cover with a clean towel, and let it rest in the kitchen for 1 hour.
Grease a baking tray and spread the dough evenly.
Peel the eggplants and slice them. Peel the onion and cut it into rings, then lightly fry in oil until soft and set aside.
Slice the mushrooms, boiled eggs, and bell pepper into rings.
Arrange the ingredients on the dough in this order: eggplant slices, mushrooms, bell pepper rings, egg slices, and fried onion rings. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the toppings.
Spread pizza cheese evenly on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 35 minutes until the pizza is cooked and golden. Enjoy!

Pizza cheese is a low-moisture mozzarella often blended with other cheeses. It contains carbohydrates, protein, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, thiamine, and vitamins A and B. Eating pizza cheese with raw or cooked vegetables reduces unhealthy fat absorption. A high-quality pizza cheese should not feel rubbery when chewed and should not release oil after baking. Mixing two or three types of cheese enhances flavor.
Mushrooms are warm in nature, rich in protein, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fiber, copper, iron, antioxidants, and more. They can help prevent breast and prostate cancer and boost immunity. Fresh mushrooms should be firm and slightly heavy; avoid those with splits or brown spots on the cap. Always cook mushrooms before eating.
Green bell peppers are nutritious and recommended for everyone, especially children. They come in green, yellow, and red varieties, with green having the strongest flavor. Rich in vitamins, bell peppers help prevent colds, treat anemia, protect eyesight, and relieve constipation. Female bell peppers have four bumps underneath and are sweeter with more seeds, ideal for salads and raw consumption. Male peppers have three bumps, are spicier with fewer seeds, and are better suited for cooking. Female peppers remain sweet and flavorful even after sautéing or baking.
