Saed News: A Finnish politician warned that the European Union has repeatedly crossed Russia’s red lines by sending weapons to Ukraine.
According to SAEDNEWS, citing RIA Novosti, Finnish politician Armando Mema, a member of the “Freedom Alliance” party, said that the European Union has repeatedly crossed red lines by financing the war and sending lethal weapons to Ukraine.
He added that Russia has once again shown its willingness to hold talks with Europe and hopes that the conflict can be resolved through diplomatic means.
Relations between Russia and the European Union have deteriorated since the start of the Ukraine war. Peace negotiations in Ukraine have so far failed, and the two sides have not reached compromise on disputed issues.
Moscow accuses Brussels of obstructing peace talks and of financing and arming Ukraine in its war against Russia.
