Saed News: In the highlands of northeastern Turkey, a village in a mountainous region has been completely buried under a layer of snow due to heavy snowfall and continued severe cold.
According to SAEDNEWS, aerial images have been published of summer houses in the highlands of Ardahan Province that have sunk into the snow up to their roofs due to the cold weather. In the Bulbulan Plateau, at an altitude of about 2,580 meters between Ardahan and Artvin Province, despite the arrival of spring, conditions similar to winter still prevail.
Due to the failure of the heavy snow remaining from winter to melt, the summer houses used by local people during the summer season are still buried under snow.
In this area, especially many single-story houses are almost completely buried in snow, and the cold weather is also continuing. The houses and mosque in the region, which are covered under a white layer of snow, have been captured by drone.
