How to Make Yalda Cupcakes

Step 1:
To make the delicious and colorful Yalda cupcakes, first, choose a suitable bowl. Then, crack the eggs into the bowl and remove any white egg bits attached to the yolk to prevent the cake from having an unpleasant egg smell.

Step 2:
Now, add sugar and vanilla to the eggs. Use a hand mixer and mix until the eggs foam up. Then, add milk and vegetable oil to the egg mixture and mix again.
