SAEDNEWS: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi accused Benjamin Netanyahu of botching Israel’s recent conflict with Iran and audaciously attempting to shape American policy on Tehran’s missile and nuclear programs.

Netanyahu failed to win war, now trying to control U.S. policy on Iran: Araghchi

According to Saed News, Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi took to social media on July 14 to lambast Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for what he described as a failed military gambit against Iran—and a subsequent effort to strong‑arm Washington into enforcing draconian limits on Tehran’s defenses. Araghchi branded Netanyahu “a war criminal” whose demand that Iran cap its missile reach at 480 kilometres was “absurd and laughable.”

Highlighting Israel’s targeted killings of at least twelve Iranian nuclear scientists, the minister warned that each deceased expert had trained more than a hundred successors. “Our skilled scientists will prove their capabilities in due time,” he asserted, dismissing Netanyahu’s “delusional dream of dismantling over 40 years of peaceful nuclear advancement.”

Araghchi went on to reproach Netanyahu’s post‑conflict tactics: “After failing to achieve any military objectives and crying out to ‘Daddy’ when our precision strikes hit covert Israeli sites—sites he still refuses to admit exist—he now pretends to dictate U.S. negotiation strategy with Iran.”

Tehran maintains that Israel’s unprovoked assault on June 13 killed senior commanders and civilians alike. When the United States retaliated by striking three Iranian nuclear facilities days later, Iran condemned it as a breach of the UN Charter and the Non‑Proliferation Treaty. Iran’s own June 24 counterstrike, which included targets in the occupied territories and America’s al‑Udeid Air Base in Qatar, “halted the unlawful aggression” and reinforced Tehran’s strategic deterrence, Araghchi concluded.
