SAEDNEWS: Iran’s top judge, Gholamhossein Mohseni-Eje‘i, has rallied all judicial forces to step up with “revolutionary and jihadist zeal,” vowing no delays in legal affairs and pledging even faster, higher-quality service for citizens amid the nation’s current exceptional circumstances.
According to Saed News, Iran’s Chief Justice Gholamhossein Mohseni-Eje‘i convened the Supreme Judicial Council on Monday, July 2, 2025, to express deep gratitude for the public’s unwavering solidarity with the nation’s armed forces and religious values. He praised the people’s “time-tested, insightful and loyal” support, calling it “one of the most precious manifestations of unity against a vile and cowardly enemy.”
Mohseni-Eje‘i underscored the urgent need for a “multiplied jihad” in public service delivery. He directed every judicial official to maintain unbroken momentum in handling citizens’ legal affairs, promising that not a single proceeding would suffer delays—and that overall service would not only continue but actually improve in speed and quality.
Highlighting the role of judicial managers, the Chief Justice insisted they become “true standard-bearers of public service,” intensifying oversight and activity. “Under no circumstances,” he warned, “should the public feel that any official is absent from the scene during these critical times.”
Turning to broader government support, Mohseni-Eje‘i called on judicial authorities to assist the executive branch in areas such as supply and distribution of essential commodities, market regulation, energy provisioning, and the release and storage of goods. He clarified that this would be strictly legal and advisory support—not interference in day-to-day operations—aimed at keeping the service cycle to citizens uninterrupted.
He further noted that prosecutors and other judicial bodies across Iran have already provided substantial guidance and cooperation to security, intelligence, and law-enforcement agencies to reinforce both the physical and psychological safety of citizens—and he urged that this collaboration continue with full vigor.
