SAEDNEWS: According to Axios reporter Barak Ravid, a senior U.S. official said President Trump warned that if Netanyahu undermines the agreement, Trump will ensure his downfall.
According to the political service of Saeed News analytical website, Barak Ravid, a Zionist journalist, reported that a U.S. official, referring to the fact that “Netanyahu is walking on a very tightrope with the U.S. President,” warned that “if he continues down this path, he will ultimately cause the (ceasefire) agreement to collapse.”
A U.S. official, who requested anonymity, had earlier told Israel’s Channel 11 (KAN) that Israel “must stop the foolish actions that endanger the agreement and eliminate the possibility of achieving regional progress.”
The Israeli media outlet reported that the United States is exerting unusual pressure on the regime’s leaders to prevent them from undermining the ceasefire and Gaza reconstruction agreement, urging them instead to continue implementing Trump’s initiative.
According to the report, following the visit of U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio has also traveled to the occupied Palestinian territories, and this air bridge of American officials is expected to continue.
The report further stated that another senior official from the Trump administration is expected to arrive in the occupied territories on Sunday.
The Israeli media emphasized that the continued presence of high-ranking American officials in the occupied lands sends a clear message to Tel Aviv.
Israel’s Channel 12 had previously reported that the Trump administration believes Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is actively working to undermine the agreement.
Citing a senior U.S. official, the report added that “unfavorable incidents” occurred during Vice President J.D. Vance’s visit to Tel Aviv.
According to the report, what transpired during Vance’s visit led U.S. officials to conclude that Netanyahu is attempting to sabotage the ceasefire agreement.
The report noted that these incidents have heightened the White House’s concerns about the potential collapse of the ceasefire as a result of Netanyahu’s actions.
The Israeli media outlet concluded its report by stressing that if the agreement collapses, Trump will punish Netanyahu.
