SAEDNEWS: Clashes Erupt Between Israelis and Regime’s Justice Minister at Funeral of Slain Soldier in Gaza
According to the political news service of Saed News, The Times of Israel reported that several attendees at a funeral forcibly removed Yariv Levin, Minister of Justice in Netanyahu’s cabinet, from the venue.
The Israeli media account states that the confrontation began with an activist advocating for the end of war and the release of hostages, who is also a staunch critic of Netanyahu’s cabinet.
Upon seeing Minister Levin, the activist shouted, “Get out of here!” His calls were quickly echoed by many other attendees.
The activist, Alon Mishali, wrote on his Facebook page that the presence of Levin and the Minister of Science and Technology—both members of the Likud party—was a political exploitation. He questioned how such figures could dare to attend such ceremonies.
The Hebrew-language outlet noted that this incident occurs amid growing public anger in Israel toward the cabinet over its handling of the hostage situation.
