SAEDNEWS: Head of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization has paid a visit to Moscow for talks with Russian officials.
Mohammad Eslami, Chairman of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization, touched down at Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport on Monday, leading a delegation to engage with Russian officials and participate in the Russian Nuclear Energy Week. He was officially welcomed by Kazem Jalali, Iran’s Ambassador to Russia.
The visit coincides with celebrations of the 80th anniversary of Russia’s nuclear industry, marked by the inaugural “World Atomic Week”, which unites the global nuclear community and the public for the first time.
The event features thematic activities across Moscow and major regional centers, with a special program in Russia’s nuclear cities. The centerpiece, World Atomic Week in Moscow, is scheduled from September 25 to 29, 2025, spotlighting nuclear technology, innovation, and international collaboration in the sector.
