SAEDNEWS: IRGC Commander Major General Mohammad Pakpour said the recent 12-day war demonstrated that Iran’s strategy of comprehensive defense buildup and reliance on domestic capabilities successfully thwarted U.S. and Israeli objectives while reinforcing deterrence.
According to Saed News qouting Khabaronline, IRGC Commander Major General Mohammad Pakpour congratulated Brigadier General Nasirzadeh, Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics, on the occasion of “National Defense Industry Day.”
In his message, General Pakpour emphasized that this day commemorates the lofty determination and sincere struggles of the martyrs and the tireless efforts of devoted and revolutionary workers in the defense sector. He praised the remarkable achievements of Iran’s defense industry, describing them as the outcome of faith, self-confidence, innovation, and relentless efforts of committed Iranians under the guidance of the Supreme Leader. These achievements, he stressed, have secured the country’s path toward independence and military strength, placing Iran at the peak of deterrence.
He noted that the “12-day sacred defense” in the recent imposed war by the United States and the Zionist regime once again proved that the strategy of comprehensive defense capability and reliance on domestic power prevents the enemies from achieving their malicious goals and deters them from new adventurism.
General Pakpour expressed appreciation for the devoted and revolutionary efforts of the Minister of Defense and his colleagues, stressing the need for greater synergy and coordination between the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces. He expressed confidence that continuing on this path would guarantee a brighter and more honorable future for the goals of the Islamic Revolution and for Iran’s sustainable security.
He assured the Iranian people that the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, under the leadership of the Supreme Leader, remain fully vigilant and prepared to defend independence, national security, and territorial integrity. He warned that any miscalculation by the enemy would be met with a swift, decisive, and regrettable response, citing the outcome of the 12-day war as a reminder.
In conclusion, General Pakpour prayed for the continued success of the defense ministry staff in following the path of the martyrs of Iran’s defense industry and in advancing strategies that strengthen the military power of the Islamic Republic in line with the lofty ideals of the Islamic Revolution.
