SAEDNEWS: Iran’s Army Chief, Major General Amir Hatami, stressed the country’s strategic position in the region, warning adversaries that the Islamic Republic’s armed forces are fully prepared to respond decisively to any aggression, while emphasizing the need for divine motivation, knowledge, and skill among military personnel.
According to Saed News quoting ISNA, At the Naval Sciences University of Nowshahr, Major General Amir Hatami, Commander of the Iranian Army, stated that Iran currently holds a special position among regional countries. He warned that any enemy should know that the brave sons of the country in the Islamic Republic’s Army are ready to respond with even greater and more regret-inducing force against any malevolent aggressor, just as in the past.
Hatami highlighted the rapid pace of scientific developments and the changing nature of threats, noting that the Iranian Army must constantly update itself and draw on the valuable experiences of past wars, especially the 12-day war, to enhance understanding of enemies, threats, and self-awareness. He stressed that motivation should be divine and stem from deep insight, while effectiveness requires knowledge and skill.
Referring to Iran’s regional standing and the necessity of maintaining independence and territorial integrity, the Army Commander emphasized the critical role of human resources, particularly in maritime defense preparedness.
Hatami reiterated that the two main components of human resources are motivation and competence. Motivation must be divine and arise from deep insight, while competence requires knowledge and skill.
He described universities as the main centers for training human resources, stating that they must cultivate motivated, courageous, and capable generations, always ready to defend the country and sacrifice for the Islamic Revolution.
The Army Commander concluded by stressing that preparation for the future, attention to modern warfare, and strengthening defensive capabilities are crucial duties. Continuous efforts must be made to maintain morale, energy, and ongoing commitment to national power and authority.
