SAEDNEWS: Hashemi Rafsanjani, in his memoirs, refers to the presence of the eldest son of the Leader of the Revolution on the fronts of the Sacred Defense and the possible disappearance of Agha Mostafa.
According to the Politics Service of SaedNews analytical news outlet, quoting Mashregh, in Operation Badr in Esfand 1363 (March 1985), Seyed Mostafa Khamenei, the son of the then-President and the current Leader of the Islamic Revolution, participated. Due to his disappearance for a period of time during the operation, concerns arose among some officials of the system, which were later resolved on 28 Esfand 1363 (March 19, 1985), when he returned home safely. In Mr. Hashemi Rafsanjani’s memoirs it is written:
Tuesday, 28 Esfand 1363 (March 19, 1985)
‘Early in the day they reported that another missile had been fired at the military, sensitive and strategic areas of Baghdad. Ahmad Agha (Seyed Ahmad Khomeini, the son of Imam) said on the phone that foreign news agencies reported that today’s missile hit the industrial and oil center of al-Doura in Baghdad; he said that Mostafa, the son of Ayatollah Khamenei, who was at the front, there was no information about him… Eventually it became clear that Mostafa was safe and returned to Tehran.’
The presence of the eldest son of the President in the military Operation Badr as an ordinary combatant and the possibility of his disappearance at that time indicates that the leaders of the Islamic Republic system had sacrificed themselves and their children for the protection of this system and the strengthening of the pure Muhammadan Islam, peace be upon him and his family.
