SAEDNEWS: Iran’s Foreign Minister Araghchi wrote on Twitter: The Iranian Parliament has voted to halt cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency until the safety and security of our nuclear activities are guaranteed.

Araghchi: The IAEA and Grossi Are Responsible For This Deplorable Situation.

This decision is a direct result of Rafael Grossi’s regrettable role in concealing the fact that the Agency had officially closed all past issues a decade ago.

With this biased action, he directly paved the way for the adoption of a politically motivated resolution against Iran at the IAEA Board of Governors and also facilitated the illegal attacks by Israel and the United States on Iran’s nuclear sites.

The International Atomic Energy Agency and its Director General are fully responsible for this deplorable situation.

Rafael Grossi’s insistence on visiting the bombed sites under the pretext of safeguards inspection is meaningless and may even have malicious intent.

Iran reserves the right to take any necessary measures to defend its interests, people, and sovereignty.
