SAEDNEWS: An Arabic-language media outlet, in a report, addressed the Achilles' heel of the Zionist regime that became apparent during the recent war of this regime against Iran — namely, the problem of shelters within the regime.
According to Saed News, Al-Araby Al-Jadeed in a report about the aggression and the 12-day war of the Zionist regime against Iran and the missile attacks carried out by the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, stated:
Israel suffers from a severe shortage of public shelters or even sturdy buildings, especially in older areas; however, the weakness that became apparent during the attacks on Iran was the supposedly secure centers that Israel thought were safe but, in most cases, did not withstand Iran’s missile attacks. Many Israelis inside these supposedly safe buildings were killed as a result of missile strikes and their destruction. Evidence of this was the missile that struck Be’er al-Sabe’ on the morning of June 24, just hours before the ceasefire was established.
The report wrote: This war once again revealed the shortage of shelters. In many cases, some Israelis prevented others from entering shelters. Although some incidents were apartheid-like, preventing Arabs or foreigners from entering shelters, in many cases Israelis did not even show mercy to each other and denied one another access to shelters.
Al-Araby Al-Jadeed further referred to the severe destruction caused by Iran’s missile attacks, which also surprised the Zionists themselves.
The report continued: Some signs of Israeli weakness were evident in the mass escape of many Israelis by sea, despite the regime authorities' efforts to close crossings, aiming to keep Israelis inside and prevent their collective escape following missile attacks abroad. Simultaneously, 200,000 Israelis and Palestinians from the ’48 territories remained stranded outside and were unable to return because all foreign airlines had canceled their flights to Israel. Partial flights before the ceasefire caused concerns about exorbitant ticket prices.
Al-Araby Al-Jadeed concluded by pointing to the heavy economic damages caused by Iran’s missile attacks.
