Saed News: Today, following the U.S. military aggression against Iran through attacks on its nuclear facilities, The Washington Post wrote in its editorial that Trump misled the world, including the American public, by announcing a two-week deadline for making a decision on the attack.

Previously, the White House had stated that Trump said a decision on participating in Israel’s strike against Iran would be made within two weeks.

The Washington Post editorial also emphasized that the American people and members of Congress deserve full transparency regarding what Trump is trying to achieve.

The article further stated that Netanyahu dragged the United States into war and stressed that he must not be allowed to escalate the conflict or decide how it should end.

Earlier, while Iranian and American representatives were supposed to meet for a new round of indirect nuclear talks, the Israeli regime, with Washington’s knowledge, launched attacks on Iranian territory — actions that sparked significant domestic and international criticism in the U.S.
